I just received a cord of firewood and wanted to commend Timber Works on an overall excellent experience.I first contacted them last year but was too late to receive any firewood for the season. They offered to put me on their mailing list and they promptly called me this season to ask if I was still interested.I ordered one full cord and set a date for delivery that fit my schedule. They arrived on-time with a full cord and the delivery driver was very good, conscientious and observant, and navigated my narrow and difficult driveway with ease.I am very pleased with the quantity and quality of the wood and the fact that it also included ample kindling. The price and the delivery service were also excellent.I highly recommend them for anyone who needs good, quality seasoned firewood and want it from someone who understands solid professional service. Working with Timber Works was in a word AWESOME. They did exactly what we wanted. The crew was impressive along with their equipment. Very professional, prompt and courteous.They removed dead and conflicting branches on our three ornamental cheery trees. Removed a Leland Cypress that was over grown. Cut the bottom of vines on several trees to help kill the vines. Not just cutting them but cutting them back down to the ground. They cleaned everything up and left like they were never there. I can't wait for our trees to bloom in the spring to really see the results.I highly recommend Timber Works for all your tree needs. I will be doing business with them in the future. From the initial estimate with Mac all the way until the last tree hit the ground, these guys were fantastic. It’s amazing to see a crew work with such cohesion. They clearly take pride in their work and the crew led by Forman Ben showed up early and stayed until the job was done. We had 7 large trees over and around our house removed. The tactful approach between John 80’ up in the lift, Ben operating the crane, and the rest of the crew was exceptional. They exemplify what a team is and how it should work. They have all the best equipment and work with incredible cohesion. More importantly, these men showed up with a great attitude and work ethic and got the job done safely and extremely efficiently. Timber Works Tree Care is the most professional and best tree contractor I have contracted with over my 40yrs of home ownership. The are responsive, friendly, organized and do excellent work! From the first phone call through the estimate, scheduling, execution and cleanup they were prompt, attentive and easy to work with. Our job for them was to fell four mature trees about 50ft tall, remove all debris, grind the four stumps and remove a nearby brush pile in our yard. I figured it was likely an all-day job. Well, they sent three people with a chipper, a brush hauler, and a stump grinder. Ryan, Sean, and Ben got the job done in 3.5hrs!! Plus, they wore helmets with face shields and built-in ear protection/radio w/ mics so that they could work safely and efficiently together. Did I mention the price was reasonable, too?! The whole thing was so smooth I almost wish I had more work for them! And we certainly will go to them fist for any future tree-related needs. Thank you, Timber Works!

Great service from the company. We had an arborist come out first to evaluate the property and then had Timber Works come out and evaluate and both had the same recommendations. Timber Works actually identified a cluster of trees that didn't outwardly look like it had any issues, but was very clearly rotted on the inside once it was taken down.The work crew showed up on time with all of the equipment and personnel necessary to take down the identified trees. Everyone was extremely conscientious of making sure that no property was damaged during their operations.Very communicative from the first step through scheduling and then the actual tree removal. Followed up immediately with emails to make sure we were happy with the service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality tree company. They ended up taking down 8 trees and doing some cabling on some existing trees to keep as much as the forest preserves as possible, so it was not a small job.

This 2nd trip, we had them remove a very old, extremely tall tree overhanging our shed. It was a very dangerous and tricky job as the shed is adjacent to a very deep crevasse. Our HOA (Frederick Woods) used TimberWorks to cut and remove 7 sizable trees. They also ground the stumps. In addition, we had them clear both sides of a drainage swale for several hundred feet. It was thick with mature brush. We then these guys show up it's a tree removal army. They show up with all the equipment needed to do the job and plenty of manpower. I can’t express enough the professionalism of the team at Timber Works Tree care. From the first day I met with Mac to go over the options, the professional advice, the emails with the office team and finally the team itself that arrived on time as stated to remove the three dead trees, four other trees; including ones for my neighbor. All of which were in a shared back yard with limited access.
The removal team was safety oriented, fast, had great communication with all my neighbors and did an amazing job. They took care to do as little damage as possible to my neighbor’s yard, cleaned up more that I expected and was done and out before we knew it.

Timber Works removed several trees from our yard. They did an excellent job, were pleasant, professional, and hard working. They cleaned up all brush, stacked wood as requested, and did all work quickly and efficiently. I am having them do more work in the yard this Fall.

Jack Donohue was very attentive to all of our needs. He took the time to listen to all questions and thoroughly addressed them to our satisfaction.

These guys are AWESOME! They are quick & and very honest. They do an excellent job, way above & beyond their service. They rake, sweep, and pick up all extra branches from your yard. They are quick and can remove a tree w/in an hour. Very price competitive. Definitely will use again for our needs. Great group of friendly guys!
